Naše Rulandské biele rastie vo vinici Preyhof v Caldaro. V lete prinášajú zostupné vetry z hôr vítané ochladenie po horúčavách. Víno má v pohári žiarivo žltú prítomnosť a odhaľuje aromatické ovocné tóny zrelého jablka, marhule a nádych citrónu, doplnené medom a pazúrikovými tónmi. Na podnebí je Pinot Blanc LEOPOLDINE elegantné a jemné napriek svojej mineralite a čistej, sviežej kyslosti. Záver je dlhý a vytrvalý.

Ručný zber a výber hrozna z historických vinohradov s najstaršími viničmi. Jemné lisovanie a predčírenie sedimentáciou. Fermentácia pri kontrolovanej teplote v nerezových tankoch a 20% v nových francúzskych tonneaux a barikových sudoch s jablčno-mliečnou fermentáciou. Po 12-mesačnom zrení na jemných kaloch, fľaškovaní a ďalších 6 mesiacoch zrenia vo fľaši.

Ideálne ako aperitív alebo k pikantným jedlám z ryže a cestovín, grilovaným rybám a mäsu, k silnému syru. Objem: 750ml.

Intense straw yellow, fruity and multilayered zesty acidity, full-bodied, long mineral finish.

Our Pinot Blanc grows at the vineyard Preyhof of Caldaro. In summer, the downslope winds from the mountains bring welcome cooling after the heat of the day. The wine has a brilliant yellow presence in the glass and reveals aromatic fruity notes of ripe apple, apricot and a hint of lemon, rounded off with honey and flint notes. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc LEOPOLDINE is elegant and soft despite its minerality and its clear, crisp acidity. The finish is long and persistent.

Manual harvest and selection of the grapes from the historic vineyards with the oldest vines. Gentle pressing and pre-clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and 20% in new French tonneaux and barriques with malolactic fermentation. After ageing on the fine lees for 12 months, bottling and a further 6 months of ageing in the bottle.

Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy rice and pasta dishes, grilled fish and meat, strong cheese. Volume: 750ml.
